Terms of Service
Last updated September 27, 2026
By creating an account or using Remus One you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What Remus One does
Remus One provides software that can place trades on your behalf according to the settings you choose. You stay in control: you decide when it runs, how much it can use, and when it stops.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must be of legal age and allowed to trade digital assets where you live.
- You are responsible for the funds you deposit, the settings you choose and any resulting gains or losses.
- Keep your account password safe and tell us about any unauthorised access.
3. No advice
Nothing provided by Remus One is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Automated decisions can be wrong.
4. Fees
The system charges a platform fee on profit or on trades, depending on the current setting. The exact rate is shown in the app before it applies.
Where fees apply they are shown in the app before they are charged. Network and exchange costs are separate and paid to those networks.
5. Availability
We work to keep Remus One running, but we cannot promise it will always be available, error free, or that trades will execute at a given price.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Remus One is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses caused by third-party networks, exchanges or price sources.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
